    Pre-survey & estimate

    The survey team checks feasibility, then drafts an initial design and a cost estimate.

    Agreement & Contract

    Scope, price and schedule are agreed, then the project starts and is tracked in FiberTrack.

    Execution & handover

    Progress is tracked in real time through activation and as-built documentation is handed over.
